Expo Milano 2015

A new QUIDOS animation, this time for Expo Milano 2015,
The topic: Feeding the Planet in 2050.

The KTOs from Universities within the Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles work together as part of the LIEU Network. By cooperating in this way, they are able to:

  • Consolidate the range of academic services available to external partners (businesses and other organizations)
  • Provide businesses with easier access to the facilities and skills on offer at over 1000 research centers

Expo-Sciences International 2015 QUIDOS

I got to do another voice-over for a QUIDOS animation this week.  This time, for Expo-Sciences International 2015.  While I have no idea what these kids are saying, it looks like they’re headed for something great!

The MILSET Expo-Sciences International (ESI) aim at promoting scientific projects created by children and young people around the World through an exhibition in a multi-cultural environment, also allowing the participation of institutions which want to assist young people in their projects.

The programme of the Expo-Sciences International consists of a variety of activities: cultural and scientific visits, leisure activities, the exhibition of projects, workshops, animation and conferences.

e-Learning Voice-Overs

e-learning
Just finished up voicing another e-learning course, this one for a company in India called eNyota Learning.  Such a nice group of people to work with. I’m really looking forward to the next project they have for me.

I can’t say what company the e-learning video was for, but it was a managerial training course for a rather large company in the insurance industry. One of the cool things about doing voice-overs is that sometimes you learn new things just by reading the script. For instance, I now think I’d do somewhat well as a manager reviewing employees on their performance (in the insurance biz)… if that was something that I wanted to do.  😉

A Project Simply Explained – QUIDOS

QUIDOS… You know what they are by now, right?  Cute, handmade, paper animation explainer videos made by Francois Grimonprez and Sabine Allaeys at Quidos.net.

Maybe you’ve seen the one they recently made with Prince Ea titled “Low Battery“, for his spoken-word video, “Can We Auto-Correct Humanity?“.

I’ve been working with Francois for a couple of years now, providing English voice-overs for his adorable animations.  We’ve covered a number of different topics together (you can see many of them on my YouTube channel).

Do you need one for your business?
Of course you do!  QUIDOS: Finger made, with love.  🙂
